Returns for Refund

All returns for refund must be authorized by MODERE within 30 days of delivery.

We will refund you for any returned items in the method you paid for the items minus the cost of the return label. Typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days.

We are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective or if you received an incorrect order.

Return Packaging

Any item that is returned to MODERE must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Remotes, manuals, filters, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.

In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
